đ€šÄȘ solution that I didnât end up using was to use VirtualBox, I learned that the VirtualBox 6.0.10 installer doesnât work while VMware Fusion is running, then after a successful VirtualBox installation, VMware didnât want to start my virtual machines anymore showing a âCould not open /dev/vmmon: Broken pipeâ error, then I later learned a workaround to install applications that are not notarized by Apple by running the following commands from the Recovery OS Terminal # Add a trusted developer id spctl kext-consent add # List added developer ids spctl kext-consent list I cheated there a little bit, when my reason was only to make BeamNG.drive work, I ended up giving up after 6 hours, but a few days later, I needed this solution for professional work, and thatâs when I had to take a bigger dive.

While trying to figure this out, I ended up learning a few thing along the way, some of which I didnât use to make this work, but I believe they are useful enough to mention them here anyway. I spend about 12 hours on on this thing! I struggled a lot! I wanted to make it work without purchasing the easy-to-use software out there, but I eventually gave up and had to make two purchases đŹ only because I wanted to have a professional setup đ€, this story is not a recommendation, itâs a reminder for myself showing how much I struggled and how I eventually got it working for future reference using this video, if you can make Windows Professional work in Boot Camp in an external drive on a mac running macOS Mojave without purchasing please let me know!
